A VERY SPOOKTACULAR DAY

Image
Hi guys! October is one my favourite times of the year to be out and about on adventures. The leaves have turned autumny colours and the air is getting slightly more crisp each and everyday. We decided to have a family day out together and the first place we thought of for the autumn goodness was the lake district. So during the half term break, we all ventured off to the lakes. We wrapped up warm because we new, going up hills and around windy roads we would soon freeze. We firstly decided to go to windamere which is home to one of Englands largest lakes. The lakes are surrounded by mountains which always look beautiful. When arriving we firstly had a picnic and then went to a nearby shop to buy some bird food which, we all personlly thought was hamster food. I always feel sorry for wildlife when it gets closer to late autumn/ winter because they look so hungry. I wish we could've fed all of the birds. We went into a couple of shops...

ONE WITH NATURE

Hi guys!  This weekend has been a bank holiday weekend. This means I get to spend more quality time with my family and Tony.  We have had a lovely bank holiday weekend, the sun was shining, the breeze was cool and the smells of barbecues filled the air. Being able to have family time allows us to share lots of laughs and fun memories together.  Something we enjoy to do as a family is go on lovely long walks. Especially through the country side. Being surrounded by nature and the sound of running water is so calming and gives us all the opportunity to wind down and relax. It's also a bit of Internet de tox time, seen as none of us use our phones whilst spending time together. We went on a country side walk to the woods. Being surrounding by happy familys throwing bread to the ducks, seeing the sun shine through the gaps in the trees and, watching dogs play together always brightens up my day.  It fills me with happiness and makes me thankful for all the love and kindn...

FAMILY TIME | SUMMER 2016

Hi guys! I apologise for not posting a blog post in a couple of weeks. This week my cousin who lives in Australia came over to visit. We have spent some lovely family time together and made lots of new memories.  Day one: The first day that Nikita arrived we stayed home and enjoyed some rainbow cake Tony (my boyfriend) and myself made. It didn't look the best from the outside however, it turned it turned out to be super tasty, We also had yorkshire pudding and sausage for tea seen as it's a classic english food. Day two: Myself, Tony, my brother Tom and Nikita all went into Manchester city centre. We firstly went into Lush. Nikita was amazed by the size of the store. We spent a good while in the store before heading to our favourite buffet restaurant The Red Hot World Buffet. It was tasty and we went home stuffed!! Day three: We had my grandparent over and enjoyed a lovely buffet before sitting down a...

PUG CONVENTION??

Hi guys! We have had a lovely weekend. The suns been shining, walks have been had and we also went on a family day out. We live not to far from a huge park called 'Heaton Park' It's kind of a well known park in the UK due to its size. It's also the place that holds the 'Park Life' festival. We decided to go there on bank holiday Monday. Going out on bank holiday is always super busy no matter where you go. When we got there, their was a fairly big que to get into the car park. We didn't know there was a bank holiday fair going on. The fair made it slightly busier anyway, we walked through the fair just to have a nosey at what was there. My mum spotted a ride called the twister or twizzler and decided to have a go as its her favourite fun fair ride. My dad kindly agreed to go on it with her. He wasn't so keen, lets just say that having a runny nose and going on a spinning ride doesn't end very well!! It was hillarious though (to ...
