ONE WITH NATURE

Hi guys!  This weekend has been a bank holiday weekend. This means I get to spend more quality time with my family and Tony.  We have had a lovely bank holiday weekend, the sun was shining, the breeze was cool and the smells of barbecues filled the air. Being able to have family time allows us to share lots of laughs and fun memories together.  Something we enjoy to do as a family is go on lovely long walks. Especially through the country side. Being surrounded by nature and the sound of running water is so calming and gives us all the opportunity to wind down and relax. It's also a bit of Internet de tox time, seen as none of us use our phones whilst spending time together. We went on a country side walk to the woods. Being surrounding by happy familys throwing bread to the ducks, seeing the sun shine through the gaps in the trees and, watching dogs play together always brightens up my day.  It fills me with happiness and makes me thankful for all the love and kindn...

STAYING SAFE IN THE SUN ♡

Hi guys!! The past few days here in Manchester (and probably the rest of the UK) it has been so beautiful. The sun has been shining and temperatures have reached 25ºc. From being very young my parents have always made sure i am protected from the sun. My dad grew up living in South Africa so he is very aware of the damage the sun can do. I think it has been drummed into me from all the years of being caked in sun cream that, being safe in the sun is important. A lot of people think they are to cool for suncream but you really aren't. Just because you are, lets say 16 doesn't mean that you won't get burnt. It also doesn't mean nothing will ever happen to you. One day in the future your past could catch up on you. So no matter what age you are stay safe!! My key tips for staying safe include: Always wear suncream. You may not think you need it but you do. The sun is very dangerous so you must make sure you have a high UVB/UVA sun cream and, that the...
